This policy explains how Robert Fox [legal name or company, if different] (“I”, “me”) handles personal information when you visit this website or send me a project enquiry. I collect as little as I can and never sell your data.
1. Information I collect
I only collect what you choose to send and what your browser shares when you visit:
- Contact form: your name, e-mail address, the service you need, your project budget and your message.
- E-mail and Telegram: whatever you write to me there.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, which the hosting provider logs to keep the site secure and fast.
2. How I use it
I use your enquiry to reply, prepare a proposal and run the project if we work together. I do not add you to mailing lists, and I do not use your information for automated decisions or profiling.
3. Services that help me
A few trusted providers process data on my behalf, under terms that keep it confidential:
- Form handling: [your form provider, e.g. Formspree] receives the contact form.
- Hosting: [your hosting provider] serves the website and keeps short-lived server logs.
- Shops: product links open [Gumroad / Lemon Squeezy], which has its own privacy policy for purchases.
5. How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and contracts, usually [7] years.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct, export or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Write to hello@noirfolio.com and I will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Questions? Write to hello@noirfolio.com or to [postal address].
