These terms apply to this website and to the design services of Robert Fox [legal name or company, if different] (“I”, “me”). By using the website or booking a project you agree to them. A signed proposal or contract for a specific project takes priority where the two differ.
1. Services
I offer product and UI/UX design, branding, prototyping and Webflow development. What each project includes is described in its proposal.
2. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work starts once the proposal is accepted and the first invoice is paid. Invoices are due within [14] days; prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Changes to the agreed scope may change the timeline and the price, and I always confirm them with you first.
3. Your part
To keep the project on track I rely on you to:
- share content, brand assets and access on time;
- make sure you have the rights to everything you send me;
- give feedback within the review rounds agreed in the proposal.
4. Ownership
Once the work is paid in full, the final deliverables are yours to use and change. I keep the rights to my own tools, templates and unused concepts. Fonts, stock photos and third-party software stay under their own licences.
5. Digital products
Mockups, templates and UI kits listed under “Goods” are sold through a third-party shop. Their licence terms are shown on the product page and apply in addition to these terms.
6. Portfolio and liability
I may show finished work in my portfolio after launch unless we agree to keep it private. I work with care and skill but cannot guarantee specific business results; my total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for it.
